Summer has finally flown away. As a knitter, I prefer cooler weather. The walnut trees have just about lost their leaves and many walnuts have fallen on the ground for the squirrels to take away and hide for winter's meals. Son has a cold and I think that it was brought on by allergies. We opened the windows in the middle of ragweed season and he did not start taking his allergy meds in time to stop the allergy.
I have finally put some items for sale in my Etsy shop. A lot of people have looked at them and soon I will be knitting away to fill orders and replenish my stock. I feel good about this beginning. i also finally became a designer for Ravelry.com. Ok, so I have not yet posted a pattern, but it is on its way.
Otherwise, I am still experiencing unemployment from a wage paying job. I am working occasionally with the wasband. That helps and it is easy for me.
One of my teeth finally shifted last night. The braces are working and now my two teeth are hurting--it is a good(?) pain.
On the needles: Two goddess shawls, lace, and socks.
